Return Policy

The terms credit and refund imply that as a customer you will be reimbursed in the manner in which you paid. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, a credit will be issued to your credit card account in the amount of the charged price. If you paid by check, money order or cashiers check, you will be refunded by check. Refunds are for the amount charged the customer for the product, this includes any applicable sales tax.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please return items in the original packaging. MARTIAL-QUEST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RECEIVED BY US. We recommend insuring your return package or using UPS.

Returns on items older than 15 days will be accepted on an case-by-case basis and only with pre-approval. Please contact us at returns@martial-quest.com to determine whether you are eligible for a refund. If within 15 days the Martial-Quest product you receive is not up to your expectations, please contact us and you will receive a full refund.
